Description

Limunì, a southern Limoncello, is created by infusing alcohol with the peels of untreated lemons ripened under the warm Calabrese sun. The lemons, sourced from farms near Distilleria Caffo, are processed on the same day they are harvested. For the Limunì infusion, only the most aromatic part of the fruit, the yellow outer peel, is used and steeped in neutral alcohol.
