- Vinification
- Hand-harvested with bunch selection (first ten days of September). Fermented and macerated 12 days in steel at 23–26°C; malolactic with indigenous lactic bacteria.

- 12 months in French oak tonneaux; at least 6 months in bottle at 18°C.

The Alessandro family has farmed around Camporeale since the early 1900s and bottled its first wine under its own name in 2000. The estate's organically farmed hillside vineyards at 300-600 m focus on native Catarratto, Grillo and Nero d'Avola alongside a celebrated Syrah, Kaid.
