Leon Launois traces its story to one of the oldest families of Champagne, historically based at Le Mesnil-sur-Oger on the Cote des Blancs. Since 2003 the house has belonged to the Mignon family (Maison Charles Mignon, Epernay), descendants of growers from the Marne Valley. The style aims at freshness, minerality and finesse, with vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel.
