On the palate, vibrant with fine-grained tannins, and flavors of tart red fruits balanced by savory, earthy notes and a saline minerality, leading to a long and elegant finish.

Enò-Trio is Nunzio Puglisi and his two daughters, Stefany and Désirée, who pushed him to bottle under his own label from 2012. Their nine small parcels sit across four sites on Etna's northern and north-western slopes between 650 and 1,100 metres. The wines are made from native varieties with minimal intervention, on the principle that wine is made in the vineyard rather than the cellar.
