Tasting note
A strict selection of 100% Chardonnay grapes. Aged for an average of 30 months. Brilliant straw yellow colour. On the nose very intense, with notes of ripe fruit along with hints of crusty bread and hazelnuts. On the palate fresh and with great finesse with a finish that offers nuances of citrus fruits and mineral sensations.

Founded in Trento in 1902 by Giulio Ferrari, who set out to make a Trentino sparkling wine to rival the best Champagnes; the house has been run by the Lunelli family since 1952. All wines are Trentodoc traditional-method sparkling from mountain-grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with the estate vineyards organically farmed and the company certified carbon neutral since 2022.
