Tasting note
A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay aged for an average of 30 months. Elegant, old rose pink colour. On the nose broad and complex, with notes of citrus, berry fruits and peach. On the palate rich and mouth-filling, with a remarkably long finish characterised by delicate hints of yeast.
