Deep ruby-purple hue with a vibrant aroma of wild berries, complemented by a hint of bitter almond.
Founded in 1907 in Tramin by blacksmith-innkeeper Josef Hofstätter and his wife Maria, the estate is now run by the fourth generation, Martin and Beatrix Foradori Hofstätter, with son Niklas (trained in oenology) joining.
Fresh and fruity on the palate, with lively, well-balanced acidity.

Founded in 1907 in Tramin by blacksmith-innkeeper Josef Hofstätter and his wife Maria, the estate is now run by the fourth generation, Martin and Beatrix Foradori Hofstätter, with son Niklas (trained in oenology) joining. In 1987 Paolo Foradori pioneered the single-vineyard 'Vigna' classification in Alto Adige. Vineyards sit on both sides of the Adige valley, with further holdings at Maso Michei in Trentino and Dr. Fischer on the Mosel.
