Bright ruby red with a bouquet of roses, violets, mature fruits and spices. The palate is rounded with good acidity and tannins for ageing. The finish is long.

Rivetto has made wine since 1902 and has farmed the Lirano hill between Serralunga d'Alba and Sinio since 1938. Fourth-generation Enrico Rivetto took over full-time in 1999, converted the estate to organic farming and then biodynamics, planting over a thousand trees, biological corridors, beehives and keeping donkeys for manure. In 2020 Rivetto became the first Demeter-certified estate in the Barolo and Barbaresco zones.
