  • Straw yellow with golden hues, this wine shows layered aromas of citrus blossom, jasmine and white peach with hints of honey and herbs, leading to a medium-bodied palate with a distinctive waxy texture, vibrant acidity and flavours of citrus, apricot, bergamot and saline minerality, finishing long, fresh and delicately savoury.

Rivetto has made wine since 1902 and has farmed the Lirano hill between Serralunga d'Alba and Sinio since 1938. Fourth-generation Enrico Rivetto took over full-time in 1999, converted the estate to organic farming and then biodynamics, planting over a thousand trees, biological corridors, beehives and keeping donkeys for manure. In 2020 Rivetto became the first Demeter-certified estate in the Barolo and Barbaresco zones.
