Tasting note
Leon Riserva is a biodynamically farmed cru vineyard. It is rich and structured with good acidity and defined tannin. Long and elegant. The nose is ripe with notes of herries, roses, violet and oak.

Rivetto has made wine since 1902 and has farmed the Lirano hill between Serralunga d'Alba and Sinio since 1938. Fourth-generation Enrico Rivetto took over full-time in 1999, converted the estate to organic farming and then biodynamics, planting over a thousand trees, biological corridors, beehives and keeping donkeys for manure. In 2020 Rivetto became the first Demeter-certified estate in the Barolo and Barbaresco zones.
