Refund policy

We want you to enjoy every bottle. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Damaged, broken or wrong items

Please tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo of the bottle and the box. We will replace the item or refund it, including the delivery charge.

Faulty wine

If a wine is faulty (for example, cork taint), contact us and keep the bottle with the remaining wine. We will replace or refund it.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind, because wine is sensitive to how it is stored once it leaves our cellar.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
