This website is operated by Fresco Gourmet Pty Ltd (ABN 89 141 509 131) trading as Italian Wine Importers ("we", "us"), Unit E1A, 35-39 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Adults only

You must be 18 years or older to buy from this site. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Liquor licence LIQP770018255. We may ask for proof of age at checkout or on delivery, and may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot confirm the buyer or receiver is 18 or older, or if the receiver appears intoxicated.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Products are subject to availability; if an item is unavailable we will contact you and refund it. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before we ship.

3. Delivery

Delivery charges and options are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Someone aged 18 or over must receive the order; carriers may ask for ID. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

5. Product information

We take care that descriptions, scores and photos are accurate. Labels and packaging may differ slightly from images.

6. Responsible service

Please enjoy alcohol responsibly. We do not deliver to areas where the supply of alcohol is restricted by law.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Privacy

We handle personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
