Tasting note
Intense ruby red color with purple reflexes. The nose wide and rich with aromas of cherry and fresh fruits of the forest, well complemented by pleasant hints of vanilla and chocolate. In the mouth it is generous and balanced, with sweet and wide tannins. With a well-balanced acidity, which evolves into a savory finish and persistent.

Gaiole in Chianti, TuscanyFounded 1998cantalici.it
The Cantalici family's home is L'Antica Fornace, a 16th-century kiln in the hamlet of Castagnoli near Gaiole in Chianti, bought by Loris Cantalici in 1972. His sons Carlo and Daniele began making their own wines in 1998 after years working in Chianti Classico vineyards, and since 2015 the estate has farmed organically across parcels spread between Gaiole, Radda and Castelnuovo Berardenga.
