This wine is a deep ruby red colour with garnet, bright, very intense and of great consistency.
Le Marie is a family winery at Assarti, a hamlet of Barge at the foot of Monviso and Monte Bracco, where vines have been documented since a 1203 charter praising the wines of 'Eyssart'.
The nose is fruity (blackberries, blueberries), floral (rose hips, violet) and spicy (liquorice, green pepper).

Owner Valerio, his wife Luigina and children Simona and Daniele farm ten hectares of red schist soils at 400-450 m, producing small quantities of Pinerolese DOC wines with low-impact practices.
