Certified organicTasting note
The grapes used to make this wine are grown on one of the highest fields in the area at more than 500 meters above sea level. It is harvested during the coolest hours of the day, with the use of dry ice to preserve the grape’s character, then immediately brought to the cellar for a process of criomaceration at 0°C during 24 hours to extract all the aromas contained in the skins. This is a fragrant, fresh and very mineral wine.

The Rivetti family has farmed around Cascina Froi in Neive since 1947, with parcels grouped at Froi, Garassino and Bussolino on the Serraboella hill. Twenty-five hectares are worked organically with no pesticides or fertilisers, hand harvesting and spontaneous fermentations, producing roughly 100,000 bottles a year led by Barbaresco and Langhe Nebbiolo. Wines are aged traditionally in large Slavonian oak.
