A 5 generation family winery Massimo Rivetti has 25 hectares cultivated under organic certification with indigenous yeast and no pesticides or chemicals used Annual production is around 100.000 bottles, mainly divided between Barbaresco and Barbera d’Alba. All the fields are grouped around Froi, Garassino and Palazzina. In Froi there is the winery which is built on Serraboella hill, one of the most important for the production of Barbaresco.

Organic The grapes used to make this wine are grown on one of the highest fields in the area at more than 500 meters above sea level. It is harvested during the coolest hours of the day, with the use of dry ice to preserve the grape’s character, then immediately brought to the cellar for a process of criomaceration at 0°C during 24 hours to extract all the aromas contained in the skins. This is a fragrant, fresh and very mineral wine.
