Jean-Philippe Padié works a mosaic of small parcels around the village of Calce in Roussillon, grouping his wines into 'vins de temps', 'vins de cailloux' and 'vins de fruit' according to terroir and intent. The producer site gives the blend of each wine but little else; Tindal Wine describes a 15 ha biodynamic domaine with 7 varieties across 30 parcels.
