Caruso & Minini Tagos Late Harvest 2021

Winemakers Stefano, Francesco, and Roberto Caruso joined forces with Mario and Francesco Minini, who owned a marketing company in Northern Italy, to establish Caruso & Minini Estate, a state-of-the-art winery in Marsala, Western Sicily. This partnership blends tradition with modern expertise, looking toward the future. Today, Stefano’s daughters, Giovanna and Rosanna, actively participate in the winery’s daily operations, bringing new energy to the business. The wines come from the family vineyards, Giumarella and Cutaja, which grow both local and international grape varieties, each carefully planted to optimize the combination of exposure, soil, and climate.

Intense straw yellow colour with hues tendent to amber. Complex aromas of ripe pineapple and apricot intertwined with notes of spices, honey, and medicinal herbs. On the palate pleasant and harmonious, finishing with a delicate and slightly lingering aftertaste.
