Cedrata Tassoni, created in 1956: a non-alcoholic sparkling drink made with Diamante citrons from Calabria and only natural aromas. Tassoni says the thin outer peel of the citron is steam-distilled in Salò in copper stills dating from 1872. Best served with ice and a basil leaf.
