Eno-Trio originates from the history of a family very closely connected to the territory. Nunzio Puglisi and his two daughters constitute the trio of Eno-Trio. The lands are located on the slopes of Etna North and North-West at altitudes ranging from 600 to 1100 meters above sea level, where the native varieties of grapes are grown. The philosophy of Eno-Trio “Wine is produced in the vineyards not in the cellar” makes their wines so unique in that they are very tied to the vintages and to the production areas.
Organic The wine presents a garnet to violet red color. It has silky tannins, with an intense aroma of wild berries.

Enò-Trio is Nunzio Puglisi and his two daughters, Stefany and Désirée, who pushed him to bottle under his own label from 2012. Their nine small parcels sit across four sites on Etna's northern and north-western slopes between 650 and 1,100 metres. The wines are made from native varieties with minimal intervention, on the principle that wine is made in the vineyard rather than the cellar.
