The Azienda Agricole Fabiana is managed by brother and sister Michele and Fabiana. They operate the winery utilizing only sustainable practices with no chemical herbicides. Harvest is by hand and carried out at night to avoid heat stress
The 2018 Negroamaro is an intense garnet red. Fruity nose, black cherry and blackberries, sweet spice notes, refined in the barrel (tonneau), soft on the palate

A family estate in the Salento run by siblings Fabiana and Michele, continuing what their parents Antonio and Anna began. Thirty hectares of calcareous-clay soils on the Ionian coast near Taranto, in the Primitivo di Manduria heartland, with vines from 5 to 50 years old. Whites are picked at night and reds by hand, and the wines are made from native grapes — Primitivo, Negroamaro and Fiano.
