Located in Bolgheri, Tuscany, Satta is a renowned producer of high-quality wines that reflect the region’s rich viticultural heritage. Established in 1983, the winery combines traditional methods with innovative approaches to craft exceptional wines that embody the terroir’s unique character. Michele Satta, the founder, is a pioneer in the area, being one of the first to experiment with grape varieties like Syrah and Viognier alongside the classic Bordeaux blends. The estate is celebrated for its dedication to sustainable practices and its commitment to creating authentic, expressive wines that have earned international acclaim.

A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Sangiovese, it offers a complex aromatic profile. On the nose, notes of blackberries, plums, and cherries, intertwined with hints of dried herbs, leather, and sweet spices like cinnamon and clove. The palate is full-bodied and harmonious, showcasing rich dark fruit flavors, fine-grained tannins, and a vibrant acidity that gives it excellent balance and aging potential.
