Sibiliana was founded in 2014 as part of Cantine Europa S.C.A with the aim of selecting the best vineyards and grapes from over 2,000 conferring growers, to produce the best wines the area could offer. These wines tell of a unique territory kissed by the sun, caressed by the wind and bathed by the sea. Experts in producing fine wines that enrich the heart and soul and anchored to its history and tradition, offers a memorable and enriching wine experience that captures the essence of Sicily’s winemaking excellence.

Lively in colour with slightly pink reflections. On the nose an intense floral bouquet with notes of pomegranate, citrus and aromatic herbs. On the palate fresh, harmonious, persistent and with a marked minerality.

Producer
Sibiliana was created in 2014 as the premium brand of Cantine Europa, a cooperative at Petrosino in western Sicily founded in 1962 with more than 2,000 member growers. The best parcels and grapes are selected across the cooperative's vineyards to make the Roceno, Eughenes, I Mori and Sensale ranges. Sensale is the organic, zero-environmental-impact line.
