The Andrea Visintini winery is placed on the hills of Corno di Rosazzo on the Southern side of the DOC Friuli Colli Orientali.. Acquired in 1884 by the Visinti family, the winery is now managed by Oliviero and his sisters Cinzia e Palmira. Certified Organic & Biodynamic Methods

The Visintini Refosco dal Peduncolo is a ruby red color with violet tones. Perfume intensive, vinous with notes of blackberry and underwood, sometimes herbaceous. Flavour dry, softly tannic.

Producer
The Visintini family has farmed the hills of Corno di Rosazzo since 1884, on a medieval site at Gramogliano rebuilt after the 1976 earthquake. Siblings Oliviero, Cinzia and Palmira took over in 2002 and run about 32 hectares organically, with biodynamic practices, on the border of the Colli Orientali and Collio zones. They describe their aim as respecting tradition while looking to the future.
